Mr. Ness N. Wadia is currently the Chairman of the Company and was inducted as a Non-Executive Director in March 1997. He currently serves as Managing Director of The Bombay Burmah Trading Corporation, Ltd. (BBTCL) and Director on boards of Wadia Group companies including Britannia Industries Ltd. (BIL), The Bombay Dyeing and Manufacturing Company Ltd. (BDMC) and Go Airlines (India) Ltd. (Go Air).

He is also a member on the Board of the Wadia Hospitals and Trustee of Sir Ness Wadia Foundation, F. E. Dinshaw Trust, Britannia Nutrition Foundation and Modern Education Society, Pune.

As a Trustee of Sir Ness Wadia Foundation and other Trusts, he leads the Group’s efforts to empower the underprivileged sections of the society. He is actively involved in overseeing the award-winning Wadia Hospitals in addition to the Group’s educational and housing institutions.

Mr. Wadia was active in major industry organizations namely FICCI and led several forums such as Lifestyle forum, Young Leaders forum as well as President of Mumbai Chapter.

He did a Master’s degree in Science (M.Sc.) of Engineering Management from the University of Warwick with a thesis titled “Leading to Success in India”.

Mr. Rajesh Batra did his schooling in Campion school, Mumbai and graduated from Elphinstone College, in 1975. He then obtained a Diploma in Systems management from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute in 1978.

Mr. Batra is a second generation entrepreneur and son of Mr. Ram Batra, a leading businessman and a former sheriff of Mumbai. Mr. Batra is the Chairman of Cravatex Limited, Cravatex Brands Limited and Proline India Limited. The companies deal in wholesale and retail apparel, footwear & accessories and fitness equipment. They have partnerships with leading international brands besides owning some of their own brands. A keen tennis enthusiast, Mr. Batra is a former Maharashtra state champion and a former nationally ranked player and has represented India in several international events.

Mr. Batra is a Director on the board of several companies. He is also a trustee on several charitable trusts and promotes sport through the Ram Batra Memorial Foundation.

Dr. (Mrs.) Minnie Bodhanwala is presently working as Chief Executive Officer at Nowrosjee Wadia Maternity Hospital and Bai Jerbai Wadia Hospital for Children, Parel, Mumbai.

Under her mantle, the Wadia Hospitals have won 21 prestigious awards in a span of one year. Dr. Bodhanwala was honoured with more than 40 awards, which include various prestigious awards like the “International Award in Healthcare” by the Thai Chamber of Commerce, Bangkok; “Global Award for Sustainable Healthcare Models with Revenue Turnover”, Dubai; “Leading Business Women of the Year” by Global, Mumbai; Life Time Achievement Award in Healthcare by National Excellence Awards 2015.

She is highly motivated, pro-active passionate individual holding a rich enormous experience of over 35 years with exceptional liaison, teamwork, leadership and organizational abilities to thrive in a fast-paced, resultsoriented business environment, with an entrepreneurial spirit to foresee potential growth with a strong background of crisis management in Healthcare for Brownfield and Greenfield projects and is also a Six Sigma Green Belt Expert.

Mr. Viraf Mehta holds a degree in Bachelor of Commerce from the Mumbai University, and is also a Fellow Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).

Mr. Mehta has more than 40 years of experience in Audit, Assurance and Business Advisory Services. He was the Managing Partner of Kalyaniwalla & Mistry, Chartered Accountants, a member firm of Mazars in India up to 31st March, 2018. His professional experience includes handling special assignments for a wide spectrum of clients in different services and industries.

He has also handled assignments relating to special audits and investigations on behalf of the Reserve Bank of India, Securities Exchange Board of India and on behalf of the Special Court set up under the Trial of Offences Relating to Transactions in Securities Act, 1992.

He has been on the Board of Directors of some companies and a Bank and is a member on the committees of the Bombay Chamber of Commerce and of the ICAI as an invitee.

Ms. Parvathi Menon has a Master’s in Communication from the Hyderabad Central University and is an alumnus of the Management Program for Women Entrepreneurs at IIM Bangalore. She is currently the Principal Learning Partner, Corporate Learning, at Harvard Business Publishing. She has been the Founder, Managing Director of Innovation Alchemy Consulting Private Limited, a lead Indian firm in strategic Innovation facilitation and the Founder & CEO of Fresh Harvest Private Limited, a sustainable agriculture enterprise. She also chairs the Board of School for Social Entrepreneurs, India and is actively involved in mentoring small business entrepreneurs in the early stages of enterprise development.

Ms. Parvathi has been an empaneled Facilitator for Harvard Business Publishing (HBP) in India for over 8 years and has led the facilitation of several HBP leadership development programs for corporate leadership on behalf of HBP across India, Middle East and Southeast Asia.

Parvathi combines a deep research interest in the innovation mindset necessary for leaders in today’s business world, combined with a practitioner’s experience in building business ventures. With over 28 years of experience, she has built a repertoire of knowledge in designing and facilitating innovation adoption for leaders and teams working on complex challenges. Her facilitation has covered a wide range of contexts in both business and social impact projects, including rural livelihood generation, rural-urban market linkages, urban transformation, smart city development, water, healthcare, sanitation and sustainable agriculture solutions. She has designed and led large innovation facilitation programs for clients such as the Marico Innovation Foundation, Bloomberg Philanthropies, the World Bank Group, DFID and ITC eChoupal amongst others.

Mr. Rajiv Arora is a Chemical Engineer (BE) from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani and MBA (Marketing & Operations) from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore

Mr. Arora has vast experience of over 35 years, in diverse industries including a stint of 2 years in Germany. Prior to this, he was associated as a President & Business Head with Shriram Axiall Private Limited (A 50:50 Joint Venture between DCM Shriram Limited and Westlake Chemicals Corporation, USA) since 2014. He has been associated with DCM Shriram Group since 2002 and prior to that, he has worked for 17 years with companies like Ester Industries Limited, Ester Europe GmbH, SRF Limited, Modipon Fibres Limited and Grasim Industries Limited.
